# CoreDrive Driving School Offer and Package Terms **Public URL:** https://coredrive.co.uk/driving-school/offers/ Effective date: 20 October 2026 Offer: Current automatic lesson offers and packages. Provider: Hussan Lal, a self-employed driving instructor trading as CoreDrive Driving School. Contact hussanlal@msn.com or 07534 475429. Our service base is Wolverhampton, England. In this document, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the instructor or driving-school business identified above. ## What is included | Lesson or package | Included ordinary lesson time | Total price | | --- | --- | --- | | 1.5-hour automatic lesson | 1.5 hours | £63 | | 2-hour automatic lesson | 2 hours | £80 | | 3-hour automatic lesson at the standard rate | 3 hours | £129 | | 6 For 5 introductory offer | 5 hours plus the test-day credit described below | £215 | | 10-hour package | 5 × 2-hour lessons | £399.90 | | 20-hour package | 10 × 2-hour lessons | £774 | | 30-hour package | 15 × 2-hour lessons | £1,128.75 | | 40-hour package | 20 × 2-hour lessons | £1,505 | **6 For 5:** five ordinary lesson hours plus a reserved test-day benefit. The reserved hour is applied as a £43 credit against the normal £125 test-day charge, leaving £82 payable. That charge includes a 1.5-hour pre-test lesson. You do not receive six unrestricted ordinary lesson hours for £215, or an extra hour in addition to the credited test-day service. Total price: the full amount shown for the selected lesson or package in the table above including applicable tax and all unavoidable charges for the stated offer. Our purchase and refund transaction fee is £0. We do not charge a payment-processing or administration fee. Advertised savings use the £43 standard hourly rate. The 10-hour package saves £30.10, the 20-hour package £86, the 30-hour package £161.25 and the 40-hour package £215 against the corresponding number of standard-rate hours. The 30- and 40-hour package equivalent is £37.625 per hour, displayed as £37.63 after rounding; the required full purchase prices remain £1,128.75 and £1,505. The 6 For 5 £43 saving is its test-day credit; the remaining test-day charge is additional. The normal test-day charge is £125, including a 1.5-hour pre-test lesson. The 6 For 5 credit reduces this to £82 for an eligible learner. The other packages do not include a test-day credit. The official DVSA test fee is not included in any advertised lesson or package price. The official driving-test booking fee is separate unless this offer expressly includes a stated contribution or reimbursement. You book and manage your own car driving test through DVSA; we do not book, change or cancel it for you. Buying an offer does not book a test, reserve a test-day vehicle or guarantee a pass. Vehicle availability, an appropriate readiness assessment and suitable insurance must be confirmed before we accept a test-day vehicle booking. The test-day vehicle section of our [Lesson and Service Terms](/driving-school/terms/) applies. If an assessment is required before you can use an included test-day benefit, its cost is included in the total price above. We explain any optional assessment, its price and its conditions before you agree to pay for it. A short-notice request alone does not secure the vehicle. ## Eligibility and booking **The introductory offer is available once per eligible learner. Other lesson packages may be purchased repeatedly.** Where the advertised offer is an introductory package, it is available only to learners who are new to CoreDrive Driving School. For this purpose, a new learner is someone who has not previously purchased or received driving lessons from this instructor or driving-school business. Existing and returning learners may buy other lesson packages, but are not eligible for this starter offer. 6 For 5 is for learners who are new to CoreDrive Driving School and still need driving tuition. This includes someone who has had driving lessons elsewhere; you do not have to be a complete beginner. Learners who are already test-ready when purchasing do not qualify. We confirm eligibility before accepting payment. Becoming test-ready during the package does not remove the offer or its promised test-day credit. The new-to-school definition and the exception for an unstarted, fully refunded purchase in this policy apply. There is one purchase per eligible learner. The 1.5-hour and 2-hour lesson offers and the 10-, 20-, 30- and 40-hour packages are available to new, existing and returning learners and may be purchased repeatedly. Each eligible learner may purchase the introductory offer once only. Changing its name, changing contact details or asking someone else to purchase it for the same learner does not create another entitlement. A parent or other person may pay on the learner’s behalf, but eligibility and the purchase limit apply to the learner receiving the lessons. A declined purchase does not count towards this limit. If an earlier purchase was cancelled and fully refunded before you received any lessons or promotional benefit, it does not by itself make you an existing learner or use your starter-offer entitlement. This once-only restriction does not apply to ordinary lesson packages. New, existing and returning learners may purchase those packages repeatedly, subject to availability. Buying a starter offer does not prevent you from later purchasing other packages. We check eligibility before accepting an offer purchase. If you are unsure whether you qualify, please ask us before paying. If we cannot accept your purchase because you are ineligible, we explain why and promptly return any payment for that unaccepted purchase. These conditions do not remove your statutory cancellation or refund rights. The offer or package price is payable in full when you purchase it. Your purchase is confirmed when we accept it and receive the full price. Included lessons are allocated from that prepaid balance when booked; you do not pay again for the same included lesson. Any agreed additional lesson or service outside the package must also be paid for in full when booked. Ask about availability by phone, SMS or the school enquiry form. Selecting one or several offers in an enquiry is only a request for information: it does not purchase them, reserve lessons or take payment. We confirm the actual package, appointments and payment arrangements directly. Purchased package lessons and the included test-day benefit are normally to be used within 12 calendar months from the purchase date. We state the actual use-by date in your purchase confirmation. This is separate from the availability of an offer for new purchases. We consider fair extensions where our availability, a readiness decision, test availability or circumstances requiring a reasonable adjustment prevent reasonable use. Expiry does not automatically forfeit unused paid money: contact us to agree a fair extension or request the unused paid balance under the Refund Policy. Expiry alone does not remove your discount. If you choose to end a part-used package early, the Refund Policy explains the previously agreed standard-rate calculation and its limits. It does not apply because our availability or failure to provide the agreed service prevented completion. There is no transaction or administration fee. If part of a package is reserved for test-day use, its duration, purpose and any price allocated to it are stated above. We explain how it interacts with any warm-up lesson or test-day charge so the same time or value is not charged twice. If an included service cannot reasonably be supplied, we agree a suitable alternative with you or apply the refund due. If we reasonably decide you are not yet ready to use an included test-day benefit, it remains available for a later test, and we extend any use-by date fairly where our decision or our availability causes the delay. ## Cancellation and refunds ### Cancelling remaining package lessons or appointments You can stop lessons and end your contract at any time by telling your instructor in person, by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email using the contact routes confirmed with your booking. You do not have to give 14 days’ notice or obtain our approval. Ending the contract cancels its remaining appointments and unbooked hours. The 48 hours notice rule in our [Cancellation Policy](/driving-school/cancellations/) applies only to booked appointments; a fair late-cancellation charge may apply to affected appointments. You do not need to give notice for unbooked package hours. If you choose to end a discounted package early outside the statutory cooling-off route, completed lessons are valued at the standard hourly rate agreed when you bought it. We refund what remains after that amount and any other lawful, fair deduction. We use the original package allocation if this early-ending rule was not part of your original agreement. We do not use a later increased rate, create additional debt merely because you stop partway through, or recover the same loss twice. Any amount retained above the package-rate value of completed lessons is an early-ending deduction, limited to actual net loss after reasonable mitigation. We reduce or waive it where needed to avoid a disproportionate charge. The [Refund Policy](/driving-school/refunds/) explains the calculation and the protections that take priority. For an ordinary early end to a part-used 10-, 20-, 30- or 40-hour package, the standard rate used for completed lessons is £43 per hour, as disclosed before purchase. Refund = package price paid minus (completed lesson hours × £43), minus any separate lawful, fair appointment deduction. There is no transaction fee. This is subject to the loss limits and exceptions in the Refund Policy; it is not an automatic entitlement to keep all of the calculated amount. For instance, after four completed hours of a £399.90 10-hour package, £399.90 − (4 × £43) leaves £227.90 before any separate lawful appointment deduction; the refund increases if a loss limit reduces the standard-rate adjustment. We never make the refund negative or demand extra payment merely because you end the package. We use the original package rate if this early-ending rule was not agreed before purchase. If we cannot provide the remaining lessons or you leave because of our breach, no standard-rate adjustment applies. For a statutory cooling-off cancellation, we use the total agreed contract price and the statutory proportionate calculation instead, not a replacement £43 rate. For 6 For 5, £215 pays for five ordinary lesson hours at £43 each; the additional test-day benefit is the promised £43 credit against the separately priced test-day service. For ordinary cancellation, unused paid lesson hours are refundable at £43 each, before any lawful appointment-cancellation deduction. There is no separate ordinary cash exchange for the promotional test-day credit. This does not reduce a statutory cooling-off refund or any remedy for failure to supply a promised benefit. The statutory calculation takes priority; we do not automatically apply the five-paid-hour allocation where that would under-refund you. Once the refund amount and payment details are agreed, allow up to seven calendar days for processing. We do not delay agreeing the amount unreasonably. An earlier statutory deadline takes priority and is not restarted by our agreement. If the advertised introductory package genuinely includes a free test-day hour, that hour is a complimentary benefit provided by the identified instructor or school, not a separate cash payment by you. It has no separate ordinary cash-refund or cash-exchange value if you leave partway through the package. We identify any paid test-day allocation separately before purchase. This condition does not reduce the refund of unused paid lessons or override statutory cancellation calculations or remedies for failure to provide an agreed benefit. We explain any package allocation before you buy. We do not reclassify paid lessons as complimentary after purchase to reduce your refund. Your statutory cancellation rights and remedies if we breach the contract take priority. ### Your separate statutory cooling-off right Some contracts agreed online, by phone or away from our business premises also carry a legal cooling-off right, normally for 14 days starting the day after the contract is made. This is a window for extra legal protection, not a notice period or a deadline for stopping lessons. We start during that window only after your express request. Any permitted charge for services already supplied follows the statutory calculation based on the total agreed contract price, not a replacement standard hourly rate. You lose this right on full completion only if the required request and acknowledgement were obtained. Our [Refund Policy](/driving-school/refunds/) explains the details, including when no early-service charge is allowed. We do not apply the standard-rate adjustment, a cancellation penalty or a transaction fee because you leave in response to our breach of contract, unlawful treatment or failure to supply the agreed service. Mandatory consumer remedies and more favourable promises remain available. An enquiry about an offer is not a purchase. Changing the public website later does not alter the offer already agreed with you. When we confirm your purchase, we give you the accepted offer and these terms on paper or by email, in a form you can keep.
