Delete your CoreDrive account

This deletes your CoreDrive account and your data in every CoreDrive app: CoreDrive Mock Test, CoreDrive Street Canvas, CoreDrive Progress & Reflections for Instructors, CoreDrive Progress & Reflections for Learners. These apps are published by COREDRIVE PRIVATE LTD. You can also do this in any CoreDrive app, under Profile, Delete account.

Before you delete

• Subscriptions keep billing until you cancel them. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in your Apple subscriptions or your Google Play subscriptions.
• Save anything you want to keep. In the app, use Profile, Download my data first.
• Pictures saved on your phone by Street Canvas stay on that phone until you delete them in the app or remove the app.
• What we keep. We keep only what our Privacy Policy describes: records the law requires, such as accounting records; evidence needed for a legal claim; and markers that stop deleted data coming back. Backup copies are deleted on a fixed cycle. Reports you already emailed are copies we cannot recall. See our Privacy Policy.

How to delete

Delete your account in any CoreDrive app (Profile, Delete account), on this page once it has loaded, or by emailing hello@coredrive.co.uk from your account's email address.
