Your supplier is COREDRIVE PRIVATE LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 17502270. Registered office: 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. Routine correspondence: our website enquiry form, with separate enquiry types for support, billing, privacy, account deletion, safety and complaints. Business contact details and accessible alternatives are on the Contact page. Necessary accessible alternatives and legally effective notices remain available, including at our registered office.
This main website introduces planned CoreDrive products and accepts enquiries and waiting-list requests. It does not currently create app accounts or sell app or website subscriptions. The purchase and app-feature provisions below apply only to the relevant service when actually offered and lawfully agreed; browsing or an enquiry does not start a paid contract. The independently operated CoreDrive Driving School has its own lesson provider and school policies.
1 Your service and account
CoreDrive is one platform with separate modules, delivered through standalone apps, websites and the comprehensive CoreDrive app. Instructor Websites is a separate web app with its own subscription and is not included in Full CoreDrive, the comprehensive app.
These shared terms cover Mock Test, Street Canvas, Progress & Reflections for instructors, Progress & Reflections for learners, Instructor Websites and the comprehensive CoreDrive app, their shared account, hosted functions, main website and purchase routes actually offered. Standalone subscriptions are separate unless an expressly purchased bundle says otherwise; section 7 sets out the website-specific offer. Shared sign-in does not include every product or permit access to another person’s records. Driving lessons and test bookings are not sold by CoreDrive under this pack.
Mock Test, Street Canvas, Progress & Reflections for instructors and Progress & Reflections for learners are planned for the Apple App Store and Google Play; none is available to download yet. Once an app launches, it will provide CoreDrive account creation and sign-in inside the app. Subscriptions for these four apps will be purchased only through the relevant store’s billing; CoreDrive does not offer a separate web signup or direct website purchase for them. A store account and a CoreDrive service account have different purposes; downloading alone does not purchase access or verify age. Shared sign-in does not include a subscription to another module.
Instructor Websites is a planned separate web app; web registration and direct web subscriptions under section 7 will become available only when it launches. Its offer, monthly prices, payment method and cancellation/refund terms are unaffected by the four mobile apps’ store-only route. The comprehensive app and future services have their own route disclosed before they are offered; this four-app decision does not set their purchase route. Public policy, support, complaint and privacy/deletion-request pages remain accessible without a paid account.
Modules and their delivery apps are released as they complete internal testing and launch preparation. Only functions identified as available are offered; describing planned modules does not promise a release date or include unavailable paid features.
This shared pack applies across the CoreDrive platform, including future modules and delivery apps where relevant and supplied for that service. Before a new service or materially different use begins, we explain its actual features, data handling and applicable terms and obtain any required agreement or consent. This scope does not expand existing purchases, permissions or access rights.
The comprehensive app does not automatically include every paid module. Its actual included functions, prices, renewal and existing-purchase recognition must be disclosed before commitment. Moving a function between standalone and combined apps must preserve existing accepted rights; it does not authorise a duplicate charge, new sharing or loss of entitled access. Instructor and learner Progress & Reflections subscriptions give their respective role access, not access to another person’s private journal.
The apps are offered for UK instructors, customers and learners only, including England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. This scope does not override mandatory rights, earlier accepted protections or the qualification and suitability requirements of the relevant UK jurisdiction.
Before commitment, we identify the product, customer, account receiving access, any different account user, free or paid scope, agreement start and supplied terms. A subscription is the particular purchased arrangement within that customer's relevant app agreement. A new subscription does not silently replace a continuing app agreement, split an accepted bundle or amend another product's contract. A payer, account user, store customer and data controller may be different people. Payment alone gives no authority to cancel another customer's contract, receive their refund or see private learner records. The identified user may enforce promises directed to their own access, restoration, explanation, review and records; other statutory and privacy rights remain independent.
Learner accounts are intended for people aged 17 or over. Instructor eligibility follows the applicable DVSA requirements in Great Britain or DVA requirements in Northern Ireland, including the lawful trainee route where relevant. Mock Test and Street Canvas are intended for approved driving instructors and eligible trainees. Any qualification required for a particular purchase must be disclosed beforehand for the relevant UK jurisdiction. A registration number is not independent verification, a teaching licence or an assurance of suitability. You remain responsible for lawful tuition, licence restrictions and insurance. We do not enforce an agreement against someone who cannot lawfully be bound. A parent's payment does not give them access to a learner's private journal.
Learner onboarding may use age-range information shared with that app through the store, with the fallback age-band declaration described in the privacy notice when information is missing or inconclusive. There is no routine identity-document requirement. We do not treat downloading or paying as age verification. Clear under-17 information prevents new learner-account access unless corrected through proportionate review; a contradictory declaration alone is insufficient. Additional checks must be justified and accessible, with no dependent paid commitment before eligibility is resolved. Earlier accepted access/refund protections and free privacy/support routes remain available; an age query alone is not misconduct or permission for irreversible deletion.
Before adding a learner, the instructor or school must directly provide its own accurate, accessible privacy notice covering the actual tuition processing and relevant CoreDrive/provider handling. Meet any earlier legal information deadline as well; neither later app entry nor the results email postpones it. Keep proportionate evidence of the supplied notice copy, date and route, without unnecessary new learner information. This is a notice-delivery obligation, not a blanket consent, learner signature or purchase requirement. For self-submitted website enquiries, the instructor’s actual accessible notice is supplied on the form before collection alongside CoreDrive’s relevant information; no prior manual meeting or blanket consent is required. CoreDrive’s own notice and any uncompleted reference template are not substitutes.
An eligibility condition cannot be imposed retrospectively on an earlier agreement accepted without it. For a learner subscription supplied under the disclosed minimum age of 17 to someone under 17, our additional promise is a full refund of every payment under that affected subscription, including renewals, alongside greater rights. Any greater refund protection under an earlier accepted eligibility promise remains available. Any access ending still needs its applicable accepted ground or legal requirement; a refund alone does not remove an earlier service right.
Features processing an instructor's or school's personal data require a completed data processing agreement accepted by the actual controller or someone authorised to bind it. We disclose that dependency before commitment and do not take a paid commitment including those features, even if promised later in the paid period, until the agreement is in place. An independent offer must accurately exclude unavailable dependent features. The DPA prevails for processor obligations without making the controller the customer of somebody else's purchase. Lawful data rights must not wait for billing settlement.
Keep credentials secure and use only authorised access. If paid access is missing, use Restore purchases where available or contact us; you need not buy again to obtain help. Verification delay is not proof of misconduct. Supported cross-platform access uses the associated account without buying that same supported access twice. Store billing stays with the purchasing channel.
Instructors are responsible for adding and maintaining accurate learner details, making authorised corrections and checking that each report is sent to the correct authorised email recipient. CoreDrive remains responsible for its own secure processing and delivery duties; this responsibility allocation does not exclude liability for CoreDrive’s own failures or limit mandatory rights.
2 Prices, trials and renewal
The following prices apply to the named standalone app plans where offered. They do not set a price for Instructor Websites, the comprehensive app or future services.
| Plan | Apple App Store / Google Play subscription price |
|---|---|
| Mock Test | £9.99 total for six months; £15.99 total for one year |
| Street Canvas | £9.99 total for one full year; annual plan only |
| Progress & Reflections for instructors | £9.99 total for one full year; annual plan only |
| Progress & Reflections for learners | £9.99 total for one full year; annual plan only |
Prices include applicable taxes. Street Canvas and both Progress & Reflections apps each cost £9.99 for one full year; each app has its own subscription. These four mobile apps have no direct website purchase or website signup discount. Whole-period totals must be at least as prominent as any monthly comparison. Store availability and the exact offer are shown before purchase; an unavailable route cannot take payment.
Before you pay, we give the required supplier/contact information, features, compatibility and limitations, total unavoidable charges, period, minimum commitment, whether renewal is automatic, charge dates, trial conditions and cancellation rights. Extra charges require agreement. We identify actual payment and store roles and provide exact accepted terms and confirmation you can keep. A policy page alone is insufficient. Any legally required available telephone contact is supplied; a contract-support line we provide costs no more than the basic rate. We do not publish a private phone number.
An auto-renewing standalone plan listed in the table repeats for its selected period until validly stopped or ended. Street Canvas and both Progress & Reflections plans use a one-year period; Mock Test offers six-month or annual periods. The comprehensive app and future services require their own disclosed price and renewal period before purchase. Instructor Websites has the separate monthly cycle in section 7. A non-renewing plan expires as disclosed. A new purchase through another store or for another module does not transfer or stop an existing subscription. We explain plan changes, timing, charges/credits and old renewal before confirmation. We refund excess over the accepted price and any duplicate charge caused by CoreDrive for the same service and period, preserving greater remedies.
Invite-only testing is free and does not convert into billing. Our current early-adopter offer gives two months of free testing access to each upcoming CoreDrive app or web service you choose to try when it becomes available for testing. Your two months start when you activate that testing access, not when you join the waiting list; we confirm its scope and start/end dates. We honour any greater actually accepted offer. A later paid purchase is a separate choice. For the driving/learning apps, commercial introductory trials apply only where the offer confirms eligibility, duration, first charge and deadline; the intended 14-day offer is conditional on actual channel support. We send timely trial-end and renewal reminders. Store cancellation can require earlier action and an Apple trial can end immediately; follow the supplied offer. We refund any charge incorrectly made for access promised free.
We never increase a period already bought. A future renewal-price increase requires express agreement and at least 30 days' clear advance notice, or longer where required. We use a store increase process only if it requires that agreement. Otherwise we continue at the agreed price or may end at paid expiry for price non-agreement or lack of such a process, after at least 30 days' notice or longer if required, preserving paid access, no cancellation penalty and refunds. Silence, continued use and an automatic charge are not agreement.
3 Cancellation and deletion
Which purchase route applies?
Downloading an app or registering a CoreDrive account is separate from buying a subscription. The billing channel shown on your purchase confirmation determines the payment-management route; using the same CoreDrive account in another app or browser does not move that billing.
| Purchase | Stop future renewal | Request a refund |
|---|---|---|
| Mobile subscription billed by Apple | Use Apple’s subscription controls. Contact CoreDrive if you need help finding the correct store route. | Use Apple’s refund-request route; contact CoreDrive about a remedy it owes. Apple decides requests under its own policy; CoreDrive cannot promise Apple approval. |
| Mobile subscription billed by Google Play | Use Google Play’s subscription controls. Contact CoreDrive if you need help finding the correct store route. | Use Google Play’s refund-request route. CoreDrive assists through available Google developer tools where appropriate; Google’s applicable process and policy govern the store request, subject to legal rights. |
| Instructor Websites, purchased directly from CoreDrive | Use website Billing or give CoreDrive a cancellation notice. The monthly Direct Debit, pause and paid-through rules in section 7 apply. | Contact CoreDrive. CoreDrive handles the website-service refund through its payment provider; Apple and Google do not decide it. |
The four named mobile apps use store billing only. Instructor Websites uses direct web subscriptions only and is not an app-store subscription. Its monthly/pause rules do not apply to the four mobile apps.
Store-billed subscriptions
For purchases billed by Apple or Google Play, manage renewal cancellation and request refunds through the purchasing store using the routes above and the applicable store terms. CoreDrive does not offer an additional change-of-mind refund period for these purchases or guarantee that the store will approve a request. Store cancellation normally stops future renewal rather than refunding the current paid period; access and any trial effects follow the applicable store process and purchase terms. Uninstalling the app or signing out does not cancel billing. CoreDrive provides help and uses available developer tools where appropriate, without claiming it can perform actions reserved to the store account holder.
A request sent only to CoreDrive does not itself change the store’s subscription setting. Use the store controls promptly to stop renewal. This practical instruction does not invalidate a legally effective notice or restrict a right that the responsible trader must honour by law. Store policies cannot remove mandatory legal rights or an obligation CoreDrive independently owes under section 4. Refund approval, amount and timing under the store’s own policy are determined through that store’s process, not a separate CoreDrive voluntary cooling-off offer.
Instructor Websites web subscriptions
For Instructor Websites subscriptions bought directly from CoreDrive, use the supplied web Billing route, the billing enquiry form or another legally effective cancellation notice. You need not use legal wording or attend a retention call. An ordinary cancellation stops renewal and preserves paid access to expiry unless you request earlier ending or another lawful ground applies. There is no additional CoreDrive change-of-mind refund window; statutory rights and actually accepted offers remain. The Instructor Websites monthly/pause rules are in section 7; these are separate from the four mobile apps’ store subscriptions. We confirm direct cancellation and its effective date in a keepable form, and acknowledge website electronic cancellation without delay in a durable form.
For an Instructor Websites web subscription, if an authorised renewal-stop or ending notice is sent before the next paid period begins, including the first after a trial, we refund any charge for that and later periods under the same subscription. Early collection does not create an extra cancellation notice period. A clear, knowing re-authorisation for that disclosed subscription, price and period is required for a new charge after cancellation. A restored receipt or unchanged setting is insufficient. Earlier paid access remains to expiry unless lawfully ended sooner; greater rights remain.
Statutory cancellation rights
Consumer status depends on acting wholly or mainly outside a trade, business, craft or profession; an instructor label alone does not settle it. Where the Consumer Contracts Regulations apply, a consumer generally has 14 days after the day the service or digital-content contract is made to cancel, subject to the applicable statutory exceptions and information rules. For a direct service started during that period at your express request, only a lawful proportionate charge for service supplied may be due; failure to meet the statutory requirements can prevent that charge. The service cancellation right is lost on full performance only where the necessary request and acknowledgement requirements are met. For digital content supplied immediately, the cancellation right is lost only where the required prior express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation requirements are satisfied. General acceptance of these terms is not that separate request or consent. Applicable faulty-content/service remedies remain independent. Required cancellation information and a model form are supplied before commitment and with keepable confirmation. No fresh voluntary 14-day period is promised after the first charge or every renewal; any legally required renewal cancellation rights still apply.
For an Instructor Websites cancellation, you may send your name, product, order date, notice date and a clear statement that you cancel through the billing enquiry form or to our registered office; include an address and, for paper, signature where appropriate. An otherwise clear notice does not depend on a receipt reference or completing a form. Support or identity checks do not make a timely notice late or restart legal deadlines. Business change-of-mind refunds follow the applicable accepted offer; consumer, billing-error and other mandatory rights are not excluded.
Account deletion
Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions. For store-billed subscriptions, use the store cancellation controls; CoreDrive explains the billing consequences and takes available developer cancellation steps where supported, but does not claim that deleting an account automatically stops every store charge or creates a refund. We do not delay lawful erasure until billing is cancelled. For Instructor Websites web subscriptions, a clear authorised account-deletion request also stops the attached renewals from its original sent date. Deletion ends connected access; voluntarily choosing it while agreed supply remains available does not by itself create an unused-time refund. Statutory cancellation, billing-error, unprovided-service and actually accepted protections remain.
If the person entitled to deletion cannot cancel another customer’s contract, we perform lawful deletion separately and safely inform that customer. Any resulting CoreDrive ending of contracted supply is assessed under section 4, with store-billed refunds pursued through the purchasing store and no reduction of independently owed legal remedies. Privacy rights never depend on cancelling billing first and do not authorise disclosure of another payer’s details.
4 Interrupted or ended supply and refunds
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill and honour applicable quality, fitness, description, updates and remedy duties. Reasonable maintenance and compatible updates do not excuse our breach or permit an undisclosed paid upgrade. If agreed paid functionality is unavailable, materially reduced, withdrawn or not supplied by a promised date, you may cancel the affected paid service without penalty and receive remaining/unprovided-time repayment. For an unresolved loss, repayment begins when supply failed, or an earlier protected date; if a temporary loss was restored before your cancellation, its remaining-time calculation starts at effective cancellation, with accrued interruption remedies preserved.
Permanent loss of agreed supply, including loss caused by our permanent ending of a necessary counterpart's access, is treated as CoreDrive ending affected supply: we automatically start that refund, stop renewal using available steps and repay every later-period charge in full. A replacement or alternative requires valid agreement to its scope, price and timing. Unaffected access and private records are not automatically transferred or ended. For planned closure we stop new sales, give reasonable notice where possible and a reasonable opportunity to export records you are entitled to receive and we can lawfully provide. Urgent lawful restrictions and independent data rights remain protected.
Where only part of an app's paid functionality is permanently lost, that time refund uses the whole app price and ends its paid subscription or paid part of a bundle. Other agreed functions of that app continue without further charge to its existing paid expiry, subject to lawful restrictions. For partial bundle loss, use the accepted allocation; if none exists, allocate equally among separately named paid products, excluding free features. If the bundle's purpose is substantially defeated, the whole-bundle remedy applies. Before renewing fewer products, agree the remaining scope and price; without valid agreement the bundle does not renew at paid expiry, with prompt notice, remaining access and later-charge refunds preserved.
CoreDrive-imposed restrictions preventing a contracted paid feature or an active supported relationship give a suspended-time refund, or an equivalent extension only if expressly chosen by the customer, unless that customer or someone entitled to act for them requested the restriction. A temporary restriction on the counterpart also qualifies while it actually prevents agreed access. Its additional temporary calculation stops at real restoration, paid expiry, permanent counterpart ending, or when our restriction is genuinely lifted and only the counterpart's own choice or entitlement prevents access. Permanent supply loss and accrued remedies remain independently protected. Use the full affected app price and applicable bundle allocation. Assess ongoing money refunds at least every 14 calendar days, at each paid-period end and when restriction ends; act earlier where a deadline requires it. Content removal alone does not trigger this time promise if all agreed paid features remain available.
For each affected paid period, remaining-time repayment equals its actual price multiplied by remaining elapsed time divided by that period's total elapsed time. Start at the applicable loss/cancellation time or earlier protected start, never before that paid period; if only the loss date is known, use its start in UK local time. Use consistent actual elapsed time, sum affected periods and round the final amount to the nearest penny, halves upwards. Suspended-time refunds use the same method for the affected interval. No early-use deduction or duplicate recovery for the same payment/time; greater or distinct remedies remain. Breach does not forfeit prepaid money; alleged losses cannot be deducted without an express lawful settlement or competent adjudication.
Refunds use the original payment method, without a fee, unless the person lawfully entitled expressly agrees another lawful method. A store refusal or developer limitation does not defeat a refund CoreDrive owes: we arrange repayment with that person where the original route cannot complete it. Credit, extensions and vouchers are not compulsory substitutes. We explain the decision and calculation. Declining an alternative leaves the debt owed and does not extend a binding deadline; we promptly continue to seek an agreed lawful route.
Store-billed refund requests are processed through the purchasing store under its applicable terms, subject to mandatory rights; CoreDrive assists through available developer tools where appropriate. For refunds CoreDrive is responsible for making, we repay without undue delay and honour every applicable statutory or binding deadline. A timely store withdrawal keeps its original eligibility/effect even if CoreDrive learns later; forwarding cannot reset the responsible trader's statutory clock. Consumer Contracts Regulations cancellation normally requires repayment by the end of 14 days after the responsible trader is informed. Consumer Rights Act digital-content price-reduction refunds, applicable device/content-damage compensation and service price-reduction refunds use their separate 14 days beginning with the agreement day rules. For any refund without an earlier applicable deadline, we pay within 14 days beginning with the day we agree it is due; we investigate promptly and do not delay agreement to evade payment. We do not substitute a later support or batch-processing date.
Faulty digital content/services retain their applicable repair, replacement, repeat-performance, price-reduction, refund and other remedies. Where applicable, failure to use reasonable care and skill causing damage to a consumer-owned device or other digital content has separate repair or compensation rights, including qualifying free content. We do not restrict those rights to this time formula or a store’s discretionary refund policy.
5 Use, content and restrictions
You receive a non-exclusive licence to use the selected module under the supplied applicable terms for its authorised personal or business purpose; no ownership is transferred. Keep your rights in your records and lawful content. Our permission is limited to providing the requested function and lawful duties, without a licence to advertise with, publish or train models on private records. Honour third-party map/image licences and attribution. The planned Progress & Reflections topic-based YouTube learning bundle is included at no extra charge with an active subscription to the relevant app. That subscription pays for CoreDrive’s progress-monitoring and reflection software, not the public YouTube videos. Third-party video availability and provider rules remain separate; no ownership, uninterrupted availability or offline video-download right is promised. Mock Test provides practice records, Street Canvas teaching diagrams/maps, and Progress & Reflections private or authorised shared learning functions. None guarantees a pass, official DVSA/DVA status, safe routing, lawful driving entitlement or medical fitness.
Follow the supplied acceptable use and driving safety rules. Targeted restrictions need a necessary proportionate ground: serious affected security incident; affected unlawful conduct; established loss/non-satisfaction of a disclosed eligibility condition; credibly evidenced prohibited content; material breach of an obligation lawfully binding that person; temporary protection against another user's credible serious risk; or a legal requirement. Use the least restrictive scope, prompt lawful/safe explanation and review, and a reasonable chance to correct a remediable breach. Unresolved paperwork, an allegation, good-faith complaints, refund requests and exercising rights are not misconduct.
Permanent ending requires its own lawful accepted ground: serious uncorrected or recurring material customer breach after appropriate opportunities; substantiated unlawful/prohibited conduct making continued access seriously unsafe or unlawful; an applicable disclosed eligibility ending; or a binding legal requirement, limited to what it requires. Immediate ending is limited to necessity for safety/legal compliance or an uncorrectable serious breach. We promptly review errors, restore access when restriction is unjustified and preserve records/rights through a safe route. Another person's conduct does not make you guilty or automatically end unrelated agreements. Refund protections in section 4 continue.
6 Support, accessibility, liability and changes
Complaints — contact CoreDrive first
Please raise an ordinary concern about CoreDrive’s website, apps, software services, subscriptions or policies with CoreDrive first using the complaints form, so we can investigate and try to put it right before you escalate it. You can also write to our registered office, use the business contact details on our Contact page or use another recognised or necessary accessible route. No purchase, account, prescribed form, special subject line or legal wording is required. If safe, identify the product or page, explain what happened and the outcome you seek, and give a safe reply route; include only necessary information. A complaint does not sign you up for marketing. Complaints about an independent school’s tuition, prices, bookings or instructor service should first be raised with that website’s named school owner or instructor using its published complaints route; CoreDrive remains responsible for its own technology and legal duties. Unsafe or implicated contacts and urgent reporting have the protections below.
Use the website enquiry form and select the topic for help, a complaint, direct-web cancellation or an adjustment. Store-billed renewals and refunds retain the purchasing store’s routes; the form is not a new prerequisite. Our ordinary support hours are Monday–Friday 09:00–17:00 Europe/London, excluding England/Wales bank holidays, with a first human response target of one working day. We aim to provide a reviewed complaint outcome within ten working days of original receipt; if it is not yet resolved, we provide meaningful progress, reasons and the next update date, then updates at least every five working days. These are service targets, not extensions of earlier rights, urgent safety, privacy, cancellation or refund deadlines; an automated acknowledgement is not a human response. Urgent legal and safety matters are handled under their applicable deadlines, independently of ordinary support hours. Give only necessary information, never passwords or private records unrelated to the issue. Tell us if the ordinary contact, parent or instructor is unsafe. We offer necessary accessible assistance, including an authorised representative, without charging for required or agreed adjustments. We anticipate barriers, assess reasonable adjustments under the applicable GB or NI framework and seek only necessary functional information. Withdrawing health consent does not remove an owed adjustment.
If you remain unhappy with our response, explain why and ask for a review. We explain our decision, correct mistakes and arrange suitable independent input for a serious conflict involving the original decision-maker; we do not claim an appointed ombudsman or unverified scheme membership. With the complaint outcome, we explain any dispute-resolution arrangement available through a duty under law, the consumer contract or another binding arrangement, including its relevant provider and access details. Where participation is voluntary, we tell you whether we agree to use the proposed route.
Contacting us first is the normal opportunity to resolve a service complaint, not a restriction on contacting a regulator, seeking independent advice, reporting unlawful conduct, using available court remedies or meeting an external deadline. Do not wait for us in an emergency, safeguarding matter or where direct contact would be unsafe; use the appropriate authority. No complaint or review pauses cancellation, refund, privacy or urgent-safety deadlines, and good-faith complaints or lawful escalation do not cause retaliation or loss of ordinary access. Store renewal controls and store refund requests remain available directly through Apple or Google under section 3, without a prior CoreDrive complaint. An internal review or store decision does not remove any remedy CoreDrive independently owes. England and Wales law applies, preserving mandatory consumer protections and competent courts where the UK consumer lives; England/Wales courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction for business disputes. No compulsory private arbitration or complaint-exhaustion condition applies.
Moje Solutions Ltd operates and supports CoreDrive’s current and future services on CoreDrive’s behalf, including development and maintenance. CoreDrive remains your service provider and responsible for its obligations, complaints and remedies. Using Moje does not reduce your rights.
We do not exclude liability for negligent death/personal injury, fraud or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumers retain foreseeable-loss, quality, privacy, equality and other mandatory rights. These terms introduce no additional contractual business-liability cap or blanket user indemnity. Refunds and remedies are not discretionary. Your responsibility for lawful instruction does not transfer CoreDrive's duties or excuse negligent design.
App Store acquisitions use the applicable Apple standard application licence supplied for that acquisition, alongside these CoreDrive service promises. CoreDrive is licensor and honours these service, liability, refund and UK dispute protections for claims against it under either instrument rather than rely on inconsistent standard-licence exclusions or withdrawal powers to give fewer rights. Apple's own relationship/rights remain separate. That licence is not blanket consent to optional data processing; family or volume licensing does not promise subscription sharing.
We supply the privacy notice and device-storage notice at the required time. Neither is blanket consent or a waiver. Necessary proportionate service changes must respect accepted scope or have valid agreement unless required by law; urgent action preserves accrued remedies. Changes to existing terms require valid agreement and any other legally required consent, or a legal requirement. Publication, passive renewal and continued use alone do not impose them. Transfers require preserved rights and any necessary notice/consent, not automatic data-transfer authority. Unenforceable wording is not replaced by a harsher restriction; delay alone does not waive rights.
More protective actually accepted promises and mandatory rights prevail throughout. We keep necessary finite evidence of the exact supplied and accepted copies and keepable confirmations. These terms apply to your purchase when supplied and lawfully accepted; changing the page does not vary an existing agreement.
7 Instructor Websites — module schedule
Free early-adopter testing follows section 2 and does not require a paid subscription or Direct Debit mandate. The paid-service provisions below apply only when you separately choose that paid service.
This section adds website-specific terms to the common protections above; it does not reduce greater accepted promises or mandatory rights. One subscription covers one business website/CoreDrive subdomain, one owner/editor and eligible school initially. Website subscribers must meet the disclosed GB ADI/ADI-led-business eligibility; this does not reject NI instructors, trainees or learners from unrelated modules. Cross-business transfers are not enabled by changing an email address. Same-business editor replacement needs reviewed authority and old-access/recipient revocation.
Offer, eligibility and publication
Website: £14.99 per rolling service month. Website + AI Content & SEO Reviews: £24.99 per rolling service month, including the £10 premium difference. No annual plan, joining fee, fixed minimum term or automatic trial conversion is included. Premium is a separate explicit choice. Both include manual editing, technical search foundations, qualified applicable instructor templates and enquiries; premium adds 100 usable optional business-text reviews per fully funded service month, with no rollover, top-ups or automatic overages. SEO or AI does not guarantee indexing, ranking, leads, accuracy or passes. Missing qualification cannot be concealed by selling a smaller undisclosed service.
Material website allowances include two vehicles/six combined vehicle photos, five published pass photos, fifty selected testimonials, twelve combined published service entries, twelve active offers, ten additional coverage areas and ten FAQ pairs; five styles, ten backgrounds and applicable starters. Published service entries count once, regardless of origin/category. Limits and permitted image/storage formats are supplied before commitment; the upload limits are JPEG/PNG/WebP, 10 MiB/24 megapixels, with 250 MiB active optimised masters subject to delivery qualification. No silent truncation/deletion or surprise overage. At pass capacity, confirm the actual oldest item before replacement; other published caps require explicit removal/unpublishing rather than automatic eviction. Both packages have no monthly commercial enquiry quota or per-enquiry fee, but a disclosed safety limit of fifty accepted enquiries per site per London calendar day; rejected-at-cap submissions are not sent and must show alternatives. Submission is not a booking, lesson contract or guaranteed place. The instructor remains responsible for tuition dealings, truthful business claims and its actual school policies.
We collect registered name, ADI reference and declared badge expiry privately, with truthful current-eligibility declaration; no routine ID/badge/DBS upload or DVSA password is required. Checks begin promptly, normally target seven calendar days and escalate by 28 calendar days from registration. A missing listing, typo or declared expiry is not fraud or a verified-status guarantee. Eligible declaration, confirmed payment and other readiness can permit initial publication while checks proceed. For unresolved eligibility uncertainty, honour the current funded period where lawful, block the next advance collection and go offline at paid end if unresolved. Authoritative non-current/unlawful status permits the scoped reviewed action in section 5, with explanation, correction/appeal and protected refunds. Renewed/changed identity or credible specific concerns trigger appropriate checks; ordinary content edits do not. Reminders use current declared expiry without an automatic extension or annual reconfirmation promise.
Direct Debit, service periods and ending
Conditional GoCardless Standard hosted Bacs Direct Debit is the selected website route. Before authorisation disclose exact amount, collection date/lead time, recurring authority, service period and scheme notices. No bank login credentials are stored by CoreDrive; an accepted mandate or checkout return is not confirmed payment. The first or resumed paid month starts at actual successful go-live after confirmed collection and readiness, using disclosed London calendar-month boundaries, not an assumed 30-day month. Confirmed payment with failed activation/reactivation has a 48-elapsed-hour repair window from payment: if still unusable, offer full subscription refund/cancellation or an expressly accepted delayed start, stop automatic future periods and never charge again merely to retry publication. Silence is not agreement.
Failure of a future advance-renewal collection does not remove the already funded current month. Keep that service live through paid-through unless an independent lawful safety/eligibility restriction applies. Unfunded next service is offline at its boundary. A return/failure affecting the current supplied period needs its actual scoped obligation/restriction/remedy assessment; old or uncertain events cannot automatically revoke unrelated funded service. No unpaid renewal, uncharged offline-month arrears, late/reactivation fees or global module ban. A failed payment retry needs explicit instruction, exact amount, valid mandate and required notice; no automatic intelligent retries. Before reinstatement reconcile existing money and readiness, obtain explicit current package/terms acceptance and await confirmed payment and actual go-live; no duplicate debit.
Cancel renewal or choose a one-calendar-month/up-to-90-day pause through Billing or a lawful notice. Ordinary scheduling preserves funded service until paid-through, then stops service and future billing, without an extra notice period, compulsory feedback or routine voluntary partial refund. Stop/reconcile submitted or early-collected future payments and honour section 3’s original-sent-date refunds. Mandate cancellation and contract cancellation are distinct; preserve funded service, notify appropriately and retain bank/Direct Debit Guarantee rights. The Guarantee provides a full and immediate bank refund for a payment error by the collecting organisation or bank/building society; it is not a general refund for dissatisfaction with the website service and does not itself end the service contract or erase a genuinely owed amount. Pauses charge nothing and never resume billing automatically. Display exact end/deletion dates; an extension, login or failed collection cannot restart the original dormant clock. Explicit resumed payment/publication is required, and expired data may need rebuilding.
Under the Controller’s agreed limited dormant-storage/read/return instructions, formerly paid website content is kept for at most 90 elapsed days from actual paid-service end, unless earlier deletion is chosen; pending payment does not authorise indefinite storage or collection for a deleted site. Offer separately confirmed immediate deletion or an unchecked, revocable paid-end deletion choice. Explain that rejoining after deletion requires rebuilding. Website deletion stops its access, controllable jobs and future billing, reconciles in-flight payments/refunds and starts lawful erasure; it preserves central identity/other modules. Global account deletion has the separate disclosed cross-module consequences and original notice protections in section 3. Unexpired private enquiries/results, protected help and lawful returns remain available during ordinary offline/pause/cancellation only through their original periods and permissions, not a new archive.
All renewal-price increases retain section 2’s express agreement and at least 30-day notice/cancellation protection, in addition to Direct Debit scheme notices. VAT or a new package does not permit a hidden mid-period increase.
Premium changes, counting and settlement
A next-renewal upgrade needs explicit authorisation of the single £24.99 collection; reconcile any basic debit already in progress. A downgrade takes effect at next renewal, preserving the funded premium period and accepted improvements; reconcile/refund a submitted premium renewal’s £10 difference without forcing another premium month. Undoing a scheduled downgrade changes only the next authorised renewal, not the current allowance. Resumption starts a fresh chosen full month; no old rollover.
For a first mid-month upgrade, keep the website renewal date. AI begins only at confirmed-payment activation. Divide the entire current paid service month into four equal elapsed-time quarters; select the band using the actual time remaining at that activation:
| Time remaining at AI activation | One-off difference | Usable reviews until existing renewal |
|---|---|---|
| More than three quarters | £10 | 100 |
| More than half, up to three quarters | £7.50 | 75 |
| More than one quarter, up to half | £5 | 50 |
| Greater than zero, up to one quarter | £2.50 | 25 |
Disclose bank delay, expected activation band and next renewal amount/date. Recalculate if payment crosses into a cheaper band and refund/reconcile the difference; do not activate expired introductory time. Failure of the separate optional upgrade keeps already funded basic hosting. If cancellation/pause/boundary overtakes pending payment, reconcile/refund and seek fresh authorisation before any different charge or period.
After an effective downgrade, a returning mid-month upgrade offers either the same remaining-quarter option, or an explicit £10 prepaid/100-review flexible option expiring at existing renewal. Flexible retained price is the higher of the frozen activation-time band and £2.50 per started block of 25 completed usable reviews, capped at £10; zero completions has zero usage charge but the time-band minimum remains. For one quarter left, 25/50/65/100 completed reviews retain £2.50/£5/£7.50/£10. Show both options, the minimum, maximum debit, examples, expiry and bank delay before authorisation; no cycling creates extra allowance or charge beyond authorised £10.
One expressly started review covers one complete permitted section/item, including a useful no-findings result or dismissed suggestions. Technical failures/retries, reopening a result and applying a suggestion do not consume another user request. No automatic review on typing/saving, legal-policy advice, testimonial rewriting, learner/private inputs, photos or guaranteed factual accuracy. Manual editing remains available. The privacy notice explains qualified Anthropic/OpenAI API routes; no provider/model choice silently expands the data boundary. Suggestions are private and require your approval and explicit publication. Latest results have the separate 90-day maximum; stale results are labelled and are not silently applied.
At effective period end or authorised immediate closure, stop new submissions and settle bounded in-flight work within 24 elapsed hours. Scheduling nonrenewal/pause alone does not settle while funded use continues. Unresolved attempts at that deadline become nonchargeable; no late result can increase a settled charge or claw back credit. Flexible unused difference is settled once. If you expressly choose next-payment credit, adjust that same next payment, or partially refund it after confirmed collection if already submitted; do not silently carry the credit to a later renewal. Otherwise use a bank refund, also on pause, cancellation, deletion, no next confirmed payment or your request, preserving section 4’s deadlines and greater remedies. A failed renewal cannot forfeit the balance or create duplicate debit/refund.
Content licence, withdrawals and additional remedies
Keep your rights in your own facts and independently authored content. Supplied instructor templates are licensed for the eligible instructor’s CoreDrive-hosted website during paid service; no resale, library redistribution or routine off-platform export is included. Review/customise actual applicable school documents and approve the exact publication; editing is not legal certification. This restriction does not prevent reading/keeping CoreDrive’s own terms or accepted DPA, required privacy information, statutory rights, processor return, necessary lawful evidence, or the narrowly authorised operational consent-form copies. Routine qualified non-policy export remains subject to audience/rights and secure temporary delivery; not every historic/private record is exportable. Public policy readership must not require payment/login while the website is live; support/rights remain available afterward.
Apply the safety policy’s truthful-content, copyright, specific permission, child protection, testimonial and withdrawal rules. Hide an identified withdrawn item within 24 elapsed hours of first receipt, sooner practicable, across controlled publication/media/cache routes; a template, public link or paid subscription supplies no photo permission. Independent public copies cannot be promised recalled.
Additional website outage compensation applies to at least 24 consecutive hours of platform-caused paid-site unavailability and counts the full qualifying interval from its start. Compute actual charge × qualifying elapsed duration ÷ actual paid-period elapsed duration. AI-only outage compensation uses the actual retained premium amount and qualifying unavailable duration; a working qualified fallback means available. Union overlapping intervals, reconcile independently refunded service, cap ordinary compensation to the eligible paid charge, and round each charged obligation/period’s aggregate once to pence, halves upwards. Combined website compensation already covers premium for overlapping time. These thresholds/formulas do not reduce sections 3–4, earlier loss/restriction refunds, mandatory remedies or the 48-hour activation remedy. Credit/extension is used only with required express choice; money already owed remains repayable. Alleged serious breach does not forfeit prepaid money or permit unilateral loss deductions. AI-only faults cannot suspend separately funded basic hosting.
