CoreDrive Mock Test
CoreDrive Mock Test is being built to help you record a practical assessment and discuss it with your learner. Keep track of faults and observations, then use the feedback to agree what to work on next.
For ADIs and PDIs carrying out practical driving assessments. The app focuses on the drive and the feedback afterwards; it doesn’t cover theory-test revision.
Planned Mid-November 2026

Keep notes about what happened during the assessment. These give you something specific to discuss when you review the faults with your learner.
Review the assessment summary before you finish the report. We’re still checking how reports will be exported and delivered, and which rules will apply at launch.
Look back at earlier assessments when you discuss the learner’s progress. Those records show what happened on each drive; they can’t guarantee test readiness.
After the drive, choose an observation that needs attention. Explain why it matters and agree what the learner should practise next. Use the recorded result to guide the discussion, with the instructor responsible for judging the learner’s driving.
We’re still checking the assessment process and supported devices. Offline use across all functions hasn’t been confirmed, and the app doesn’t predict a pass or carry DVSA endorsement. Do not use a tablet for marking while supervising a provisional licence holder. Follow the current official guidance.
